Security and data protection
Your employees' identity, salary and health details are in our care. This page explains how we protect them, in plain words.
Where is the data kept?
All of the app's data is kept on our own servers in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. Other services that process data, and transfers abroad, are listed one by one in the privacy policy.
Encryption
Every connection to the website and the app is encrypted with HTTPS. Sensitive fields such as national ID numbers, IBANs, salaries and health details are additionally stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM; even if a backup were exposed, these fields could not be read.
Sign-in and permissions
Two-step verification is mandatory for HR, administrator, finance and accountant accounts. Everyone sees only what they need: employees their own record, managers their own team, HR the company. An audit log records who changed what and when; sign-in records are kept for 12 months.
Backups
The database is backed up every 15 minutes, with a full backup every night. Backups are encrypted before they leave the server and a copy is kept on Google Drive for 30 days; only we hold the key.
AI
When you use receipt reading, only the photo of the receipt is sent to Anthropic's AI service to read the amount and date. This data is not used to train models. If you do not use receipt reading, nothing is sent.
If there is a breach
If we detect a breach affecting your data, we notify you without delay, in writing, with what happened and which data is affected, so that you can meet the 72-hour notification deadline under Turkish data protection law.
If the subscription ends
The account is locked and the data is kept for 45 days; renew in that time and you carry on where you left off. After that, all of your company's data is permanently deleted and drops out of the backups within 30 days at the latest.
Support and outages
We provide support on weekdays 10:00–17:00 (Turkish time) and answer within one business day at the latest. If there is an outage during working hours, our team deals with it right away. Support is included in every plan.
