Terms of use

This translation is provided for your convenience. The Turkish version is the authoritative one.

Everyone who uses teamplanOS (app.teamplanos.com and the iOS/Android apps) is deemed to have accepted these terms. Your account is opened by your employer; your company's teamplanOS subscription is subject to these terms and to the contract we have with your company.

Your account

Your account is personal; do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for what is done with your account. You can close your sign-in account in the app (Daha fazla → Giriş hesabımı sil) or on the web from the Şifre ve hesap page; the personnel records kept by your employer are not deleted by this (details).

Chat and shared content

You are responsible for what you write in chat and the files you share. There is zero tolerance for the following:

• harassment, bullying, threats or abusive content targeting a person,
• hate speech; discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic,
• obscene, pornographic or violent content,
• spam, fraud, harmful links or illegal content,
• sharing other people's personal data without permission.

When you see an inappropriate message, use the Report button on the message; when you Block someone you no longer see their messages and you cannot message each other directly. In normal use, direct messages are not viewed by HR or the teamplanOS team. When you report a message, only the reported message and the limited context needed for review (sender, time, reason for the report) are passed to your company's authorised HR administrators and the teamplanOS moderation team, and reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks the rules is removed, and the person's account may be restricted or closed together with their company.

The service

We do our best to keep teamplanOS running at all times; maintenance and unexpected outages can happen. Features may change over time. How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

Contracts with companies

These terms are for the people who use the app. With companies that subscribe to teamplanOS we additionally conclude a service agreement and a data processing agreement; fees, subscription, service level, data processing roles, sub-processors, the data breach process and the return or deletion of data at the end of the contract are set out there.
