Do we need to buy a device for time tracking?
No. A QR code on the wall or any tablet at the entrance is enough; employees scan with their own phone.
Is the employee's location tracked all the time?
No. Location is used only at the moment the QR code is scanned, to confirm the employee is at the workplace, and is stored with that check-in record. The app does not track location in the background.
How does the timesheet get to accounting?
The monthly timesheet downloads as Excel in one click, with days worked, leave and holidays.
