Delete your teamplanOS account

Your teamplanOS account is opened by your employer. You can delete it yourself at any time; you do not need to ask your company.
From the app
In the iOS or Android app tap Daha fazla → Giriş hesabımı sil (More → Delete my sign-in account; "Hesabımı sil" in older versions), enter your password and confirm.
On the web
Sign in at app.teamplanos.com, choose Profil → Şifre ve hesap → Giriş hesabımı sil (Profile → Password and account → Delete my sign-in account), enter your password and confirm.
If you cannot sign in
From the email address registered on your account, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to support@teamplanos.com. After verifying your identity we close your account within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
- your password and sign-in details (the account can no longer be signed in to),
- all open sessions and password reset links,
- the device information registered for phone notifications.
What is kept
As an employee, your personnel file (leave, timesheets, expenses, payslips, documents) belongs to your company; your employer is the data controller. Employment and social security law require these records to be kept for the legal period, so deleting your account does not delete them. Messages you wrote in chat remain in the company's chat history because they are part of conversations with other people. When your account is deleted we inform your company's HR administrators; if you also want your personnel data deleted, you can apply to your company. Details are in the privacy policy.
