I forgot my password
Tap "Şifremi unuttum" (Forgot my password) on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. You set a new password from the link you receive. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or ask your HR team for a new invitation.
I'm not getting notifications
Make sure notifications for teamplanOS are enabled in your phone's settings. Signing out of the app and back in registers your device again. If you muted a chat room, that room's notifications will not arrive.
What can other people see about me?
Everyone sees only what they are allowed to: you see your own records, your manager sees the team's leave and requests, HR sees the company's records. Your payslip is visible only to you and HR, and nobody, HR included, can read your direct messages.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Daha fazla → Giriş hesabımı sil (More → Delete my sign-in account), on the web from the Şifre ve hesap (Password and account) page. Your sign-in account closes immediately and your HR team is informed. Your personnel file stays with your employer because of their legal retention duties; details are in the privacy policy.
