Why is HR software always so dull?
teamplanOS started with that question. When we found the answer, we decided to build it ourselves.
Most of the work was happening outside the tool
We followed an HR team through a whole day. Leave requests arrived by WhatsApp, receipts came in as photos, timesheets lived in Excel and approvals got lost in email threads. They had HR software, but nobody wanted to open it.
The team was not the problem. Those tools were designed for filling in forms, not for people. Managers could not see the request waiting for them, employees could not find how many days of leave they had left, and HR ended up answering those questions for everyone.
That is why we built teamplanOS: one workspace where HR, managers and employees meet and speak the same language. A request lands in front of the right person the moment it is made, and nobody has to chase anybody.
Everyone knows how to use a planner
You open it, see what is on today, and cross things off when they are done. We built teamplanOS the same way: squared paper, coloured tabs, a rubber stamp on an approved request. A layout that needs no manual and makes sense the first time you open it.

Employees see their own records, managers their team, HR the company. Nobody, HR included, can read direct messages.
